thank you so much for your post and your interest in what it's like to be part of the Oatlyverse.
You can find a lot of information about our company culture in our sustainability report (https://www.oatly.com/en-us/oatly-who/sustainability-plan/sustainability-report).
You can also find older versions to compare how things might have developed over time.
Another great source of insight could also be interviews from our Creative Director for Workplace Design Cia Eriksson (you can find podcasts, videos and articles online).
