Questions About Working at Oatly
Hi,
My name is Ashley, and I’m a junior at the University of Arizona studying Business Management. I’m working on a school project about organizational behavior and would love to hear about your experience at Oatly.

You can find a lot of information about our company culture in our sustainability report (https://www.oatly.com/en-us/oatly-who/sustainability-plan/sustainability-report).
You can also find older versions to compare how things might have developed over time.
Another great source of insight could also be interviews from our Creative Director for Workplace Design Cia Eriksson (you can find podcasts, videos and articles online).
