In order to create absolutely gluten-free products, we need - absolutely gluten-free oats -and these oats are not as readily available and are also much more expensive than the oats we use today. We are also not able to handle such in our facilities in Europe as it takes a very special and controlled environment.
But we truly hope for oats to become a more mainstream crop which will lead to a wider availability of absolutely gluten-free oats!
However, I hear you, and your wish for a gluten-free fraiche has been noted and I will share it with our inn'oatvation team.
