How long can oatly soft serve be stored at room temperature in a soft serve machine before spoiling or being unsafe to serve?

We have a soft serve machine that doesn't refrigerate the top part where the mix is stored. I see oatly soft serve mix is shelf stable until opened. How long is it safe to consume when kept at room temp? (based in the US)
