Non-organic oatly : non-organic oats?

Do you use non-organic oats in your non-organic (fortified) oatly?

I prefer organic products - particularly organic oat products - due to pesticides and other undesirable elements that exist in non-organic oats. I have read your statements on the quality and testing you perform on your oats (which is reassuring) but I still have a preference for organic where possible. However, I am also conscious of the benefits of fortification (particularly in kids diets). Hence the question of whether you use non-organic oats in your non-organic oatly.

Hej Matt,

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us on all things organic and what works best for you in your home. Our organic products are not fortified as the criteria to be an organic product does not permit fortifications, which is a bit of a bummer. Our other non-organic Oat Drinks do not contain organic oats. However, we do regular testing and so do the mills where we buy our oats from, to ensure that no nasties end up in our oats. These drinks also have the fortifications that are important for little oat lovers strong teeth and bones.

So now you know!

Your oat pal
