Creamy or off?

I just popped and took a swig of choccy oatmilk then noticed there is a thick brown/whiteish layer on the inner seal, on further inspection it was inside the “roof” of the carton also. It tasted fine however I don’t wanna get the runs and this is my last carton so I really want to be able to drink it rn. So is it off? Or just thicc

I would like to add that I am a long time oatly drinker and I always shake before swig.

From the photo it just looks like some thickened chocolate oatmilk and as long as the product looks, smells and tastes like you're used to, you shouldn't be worried! If that's not the case, feel free to reach out to us at info@oatly.com.
