Hi, what Rapeseed Oil do you use? Lately i have been hearing and reading a lot how any seed oil is not good for our healths and rapeseed oil being one of them as its highly ultra processed. Can you advise more on rapeseed oil you use please?

Thanks to its fat composition dietary guidelines continue to endorse rapeseed oil as one of the healthiest oils out there. When it comes to fat most people are recommended to opt for unsaturated and monounsaturated fats in their diet as they have a good effect on blood cholesterol = great for our heart! Whereas saturated fat (found in animal products for example) is something to keep at a minimum.
