We don't have a measurement of how much iodine is in our Oat Drink Organic. If it's helpful though, our Oat Drink Organic is just oats, water and sea salt — we don't add any vitamin fortifications.
"The benefits might vary slightly between markets (due to legislation), but typically they:
are a rich source of iodine, which contributes to normal cognitive and neurological function, energy-yielding metabolism and thyroid function and the production of thyroid hormones. (Psst. This is not the case in Denmark, where fortification rules are different)"
the above is taken from the same website, 17 facts. Where can I read more about these "fortification rules"?

Hello oat fan!
We don't have a measurement of how much iodine is in our Oat Drink Organic. If it's helpful though, our Oat Drink Organic is just oats, water and sea salt — we don't add any vitamin fortifications.
Peace, love and oats.
