Is it possible to whip iMAT Fraiche?
Hi! I am a norwegian customer making a cake where I would like the cream to have a freshness to it. Before, using regular cream, I would add some creme fraiche to the cream before whipping it. Is this possible with the iMAT Fraiche or will it ruin my cream if I ad some to my iMAT visp?

Hi Kristin,
that's a great question! In our experience iMat Fraiche doesn't whip up as well as our iMat Visp so our suggestion is to whip up your visp and then add the iMat Fraiche, stirring carefully.
