Hi Joe,
Well, as the first oat drink maker on earth we've had some 30 years to make it into perfection! Here's our process described if you're curious (scroll all the way down).
To be fair our organic version does separate if you were to use it in your coffee or tea but we have other oat drinks that work better for that purpose!
