What is the density of oatly?

Hey there.

Does anybody know the density of oatly?

Thing is: Oatly gives out the numbers in kgCO2e/kg... which is odd, since you buy it as 1L, which doesnt translate cleanly over to kg, at least for cow-milk.

I am trying to do some bigger maths with a lot of used oatly cant find any numbers online...

thanks in advance

Hey,

thanks for your question!

We convert from per liter product to per kg product and the reason we do that, is so that it is uniform across all food items including liquid and solids. If you want to deep dive into our Climate Footprint numbers, you can find our latest Sustainability report here. We also have an older article from our 2022 sustainability report on the platform, you can find that here

Let me know if you have any other questions.
